Our in-house team of Nurse Case Managers provides the utmost quality in managed care. Heightened communication allows our case managers to identify barriers to recovery in order to develop a coordinated action plan with specific goals and timeframes. InterMed elevates the human connection by helping people get back to work. We help you reduce your overall cost of claims by negotiating treatment plans, customizing early Return To Work programs and eliminating unnecessary treatment and charges. When appropriate, we deploy Field Case Managers to go onsite to act as liaison with the healthcare provider on more complex cases and to provide support to the IW and their family.
Med-Legal Nurse

InterAid Nurse Triage & Telemedicine
Our injury hotline is staffed 24/7 by caring nurses who provide injured workers with timely medical advice. Assessment by a triage nurse can expedite reporting of a workplace injury and mitigate preventable emergency room costs.
