Kerenza joined InterMed Cost Containment Services in 2022 as Vice President of Managed Care. In this position, she is responsible for managing InterMed’s overall operations including ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining regulatory compliance and meeting clients service expectations. In her role, she works with the CEO to develop InterMed’s business plan annually, monthly and quarterly reviews and course corrections, overseeing financial results and client outcomes. Kerenza has solid problem-solving skills.

Kerenza is a dedicated and passionate healthcare leader with over 27 years of experience in the managed care industry including managing bill review, network management, utilization and case management services. She is a key player in product development, implementing policies and procedures, client implementations and management of the day-to-day operations. She is committed to ongoing process improvement and to achieve efficiencies so that staff can focus on the technical and clinical aspect of the services that InterMed provides.
